Meet Micaela

 Micaela Alva (formerly Micaela Deegan) is a multifaceted professional dedicated to empowering women, particularly within the Latina community. She is the founder of Fearless Mujer LLC, through which she offers private coaching, hosts a podcast, and has authored a book.

 As a certified Master Life Coach, Micaela focuses on helping women overcome limiting beliefs, heal, build confidence, and pursue their life's purpose. Her mission is to enable women to impact and lead others using their unique gifts and expertise. 

In 2022, Micaela published "Dear Fearless Mujer, You Were Created for More: A Journey to Healing, Letting Go, & Finding Purpose," a book that shares her personal journey of overcoming trauma and finding new purpose. The book serves as a resource to equip women with tools for healing, passion, and purpose. 

Micaela is also the creator and host of "The Fearless Mujer Podcast," where she empowers Latina women to believe in themselves and pursue their life's purpose. Through her podcast, she shares her voice, stories, and knowledge to build up others within the community.

Her passion for helping women stems from her own experiences of pain and setbacks, growing up in a rough neighborhood on the Southwest side of Chicago in a broken and dysfunctional home. These experiences have fueled her dedication to seeing women break free from self-limiting and generational beliefs that hinder them from pursuing their life's purpose.
